Keys Realty Group is a community real estate brokerage based out of Kansas City. We just recently expanded to St. Louis earlier this year. We have a mission to create one thousand new black homeowners. We’re at 500 in Kansas City and just starting here in St. Loius, and we’re already at nine homeowners. We want all of you to be part of our goal to help create 1,000 Black homeowners. We do this because we understand there’s a homeownership gap between races. There is a lack of information and resources. So this event is for us to put all the resources in one place to help you overcome the barriers preventing you from becoming homeowners.
So I want each and every one of you to do one thing, and let’s give yourself a round of applause. And I say that because you have taken the first step to become a homeowner. You’ve had the idea and stepped out to get the resources to find out how you can do it. And that is our main goal today: to make sure we leave you informed and leave you with the people to contact to get the financing, get the down payment, get the resources for credit, and help you find a home.
